A very delicious home-made food!!!. I don’t have time to cook at home, this place saves me all the time whether i’m buying food for one person or i have guests to come over. It’s always fresh! And believe it or not everything they make is delicious!!!My personal favorites- yummy hachapuri, hichin( with potato and cheese) marinated fish, french roulette, sirniki (small cheese-cakes). And the best dessert i’ve ever tried – Napoleon!!!
Taste of home is good place. Great service, amazing food, the staff are always friendly. I like this place. Kitchen is very good , they can cook practically anything you ask them. I have tried most , and my favorites: chicken cutlets, primorski salad, mushroom salad , homemade eggplant salad, greece style fish , and lamb chaps .
We are a young family with 2 children and we don’t have a lot of time to cook! After work I usually stop by taste of home and buy food for dinner, it’s delicious and homemade. My kids like sirniki and kotleti and so much more!!
Great value. Great quality.. Very nice little store on main strip of Fair lawn. We go with family and stock up on some favorites; pelmeni, pirozhki, chicken cutlets! yuum.
What a selection! It’s no store- its a home kitchen of your grandmother. Sirniki- cheese patties- are a must. So is red cabbage soup- borscht!!
Russian delights. You should go there, now, now, now! I love this place and have been frequenting it for years. Am consistently happy with the food and service. My favorites are the eggplant lasagna and salads– crab salad, the salad olivier (absolutely yummy potoato salad) and vinigrette (a delicious beet salad), ooooh hungry! The mushroom and potato are delish as well… . If you have a hankering for some wonderful home style eastern european food, this will do the trick! (please excuse my spelling!)
My Review. Don’t go there. Run there! OMG, what an absolute delight. I have waited all my life for a decent priced, great home cooking place. I ordered food for two days $24.00. Chicken Kiev, Cabbage rolls, Pierogi, fish, chicken cutlets, the coleslaw will knock your socks off. Awesome!
