Really awesome bakery. I ordered my husband’s birthday cake there. They only ask for a day notice on orders, I gave them a theme and some color choices and they delivered an adorable cake. It was also very reasonably priced. The bakery is kosher so closed on Saturday and early on Friday so do not walk in or call on Friday afternoon and expect them to have time to hand hold….they are super nice, but be realistic.
LOVE their Egg Challah!. I live near Houston, Texas and purchased Zadies Egg Challah at my local Kroger’s a few weeks ago. It was the BEST Challah I’ve ever tasted! I’ve been trying to find it since there and apparently it goes quickly or they don’t carry it on a regular basis. I would LOVE to be able to order it online! Absolutely the best Challah!!
Quality! Quality!. I have been going to Zadies since they opened. Their challah is of the best quality and you can taste it. Their cakes are superb down to the cookies. The people are kind and will tailor a cake to your needs for happy get togethers.
Great Challas!. I love their Challah with Marshmallow and dry cookies (I don’t know how do they call them). Staff is nice and they have samples to offer.
Love the Challah. I live in Columbus, Ohio and buy the Zadies Challah at Kroger grocery store. Now, it’s hard to find as they don’t always have it. I would love to buy from them online and hope they open a mail order business.
TO DIE FOR. I have been going to Zadies ever since they opened. I live in Brooklyn, and yes I make the long drive. The end result speaks for itself. QUALITY, QUALITY you can buy anything and five days later its like you bought it today. I personally know the owner/baker Larry. His ingredients speak for the quality. Everybody you must try their mini-bells, assorted cookies, layer cakes. I-ve had them all, and I tip my hat to Lrry and all the friendly staff. I would devote my time for free to help him start a mail order portion of this business. They would definitely BOOM up their revenue.
