Cozy Caboose Comfort Food. Want to have a great start to your day in Fairfield NJ? Step right up to the counter at Bobby’s Caboose on the Corner and order an omelette with the Taylor Ham! Bobby will welcome you with open arms and whip you up bacon and eggs or a breakfast sandwich lickety split! The food is yummy and the atmosphere is even better. Lunch specials were being assembled by a fabulous sandwich artisan as we sat there eating. We wanted to come back for lunch but sadly we are here in the airport waiting to go home. Thanks Bobby!
