It’s nice seeing new businesses pop up in the neighborhood. This place was alright. I too agree that the prices to potions were a bit disproportional and in reading the other persons reply to Olivia’s review- fully get that it’s to accompany the drinks. Nice ambiance, attentive staff, decent bites just the portions and prices were a bit at odds with each other.
Great place. Raku has the most soothing at the same time exhilarating atmosphere. It’s very conveniently located on main street in one of Fort Lee’s hot spots where kareoke, borders, starbucks, etc. are only a hop, skip, and a jump away. They have the most various selection of sake I’ve seen in the area. They also have the lowest prices on alcohol that I’ve seen, not to mention the impeccable service rendered by warm welcoming, most sincere staff you’ll ever meet. If you haven’t been to Raku Izakaya, you’re missing out.

However, the prices are not low! Each skewer is $4 and above. After 4 ppl ate 5 dishes, we felt like we didn’t eat AT ALL and left to go to cheesecake factory.
