I normally dont review , but it was important for me to write this because this is not the way anyone can ill treat their customers. we ordered the take away of chicken biriyani and chicken lollipops from bawarchi franklin park, NJ on 14th of February 2019 and I picked it up from there and returned home. After returning home one of my order ( chicken lollipop ) was missing and I rang them immidiately and they said she will discuss with their manager and call me back, but I dont get any calls for 45 minutes, so I called them again and the lady on the counter just disconnected my phone twice, but I kept ringing again and finally a man answers and says I can reorder next time without paying and took our details. So today I ordered food again again along with the same chicken lollipop and when I go there and explained their error , the lady on the counter instead of accepting their mistake,kept arguing that the chef clearly kept the order in my bag and didnt even bother to listen to me, which itself was quite humiliating. I had paid for my order and the way this lady treated me was totally unacceptable. So here is the big learning:- PLEASE check your order well before leaving the restaurant ESPECIALLY THIS restaurant because they are not going to accept their error and if at all you have any self respect , please dont even bother to call them and think that you have given that money to some charity.Secondly, today after opening the chicken lollipop, they had purposely made it totally bland with no taste absolutely ( they just fried the chicken without any gravy nor gave any side sauces as mentioned in their menu) which was clearly indicating as if the order was just given for the sake of giving something.
Wanted to try some good Indian food in south brunswick area and Im glad I chose this place. The food is really good and I prefer spicy food when I go to Indian restaurants. Tried their Guntur Chicken and Fish Fry both are awesome. Best Biryani I had in this area. My friend had Chicken Vindaloo and Chicken Majestic and he liked it as well. Will try some other dishes next time.
