Used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Then it began going under several changes which I don’t like. First of all, they took chili off their menu which I loved. Second, they don’t cook my steak the way I want it. Third, I’m now only allowed to get one side instead of two.
Used to be better. We liked this place until a couple of months ago. The food used to be pretty good for the price range, and they always had excellent servers. But lately both the food and service have deteriorated. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, as it’s owned by the same company as Olive Garden, which is surely on the lower end of restaurants, especially as service goes.
Was great in the beginning.Quality and service has gone downhill. Improperly cooked steaks and they try to pass off T-bones as Porterhouse. We used to love it. Now it’s off our list.
Extremely slow and waiter more focused on talking to bartender. Forgot to place our starter order and then said we should have reminded him Steak was well done when medium rare was Mordred. Manager never came over when we asked. Other tjanthat a great experience
Not bad. The steaks were cooked well. I just couldn’t understand why it took so long to serve the food when there were only 2 other occupied tables. The waitress diane only came over once. Most of the time we had to asked other servers for help. Overall not bad but they need to have more attentive staff.
The only nice thing about this place is the bar area. Been there 3 times in the past year and quality went from bad to worse. Last time I went (which was my last time ever) the place was filthy, food and forks on the floor, menu sticky. Staff fairly unfriendly and more talking to her colleagues than taking care of guests. Steak was way overcooked, didn’t bother complaining since the whole experience sucked anyway!
The wait staff is excellent. Have only gone once but food was great. Place has a nice bar as well.
