Best sushi and sashimi. Kazu makes every piece of sushi himself. Best are traditional nigiri and makizushi but he does creative rolls and there are interesting appetizers and cooked entrees as well. Service is friendly and many patrons are regulars. The new restaurant in Freehold is brighter and more inviting than the old Howell location. If you are interested in Japanese food and culture talk to the hostess, Meomi. She loves to share her knowledge.
