Find Another Bagel Store. Bagels are good if you come home with the one that you want. I have NEVER gone in & got what I ordered. They never get it right & the prices are never the same. You can order the same thing day after day, not only will it be wrong, but never the same price. Service is awful & unfriendly. Not worth the aggravation!
Best Bagels. I had breakfast there for the third time. The food is always good. Breakfast selection is very good. Eggs come with choice of toast or bagel. Take the bagel. It is one of the very tastiest that you can find anywhere. Included in the price makes the meal a steal.
Terrace bagel is awful. Id like to start off with how piss poor the service is there. On top of that I have yet to get an order back that was actually the same as i requested. its also very confusing how i can order one item one day and pay an over the top price and the next day repeat my order and be charged a completely different amount. i will never enter that store again, the only positive thing i can say about them is they do have good food when they can get the price and order correct.
Disappointed. My children and I LOVE their bagels. However, a few weeks ago I came in with a recently expired coupon and they would not take it. GOOd customer service would have let it go…especially in this day and age. I was diappointed. I wanted to try their restaurant but after this, I feel how good could the service be?
Best Bagels EVER. Yes the customer service isn’t what it could be, but who cares, it’s a freaking bagel shop. Your not buying a car, your buying a bagel.Try the Low Carb Everything, you can’t tell the difference.
Have had better. If you want the best bagel in Nj go to The Bagel Exchange off of Aldrich Road in Romeo’s Plaza- Jackson, NJBest service and food !!!Terrace’s customer service is HORRIBLE- very nasty!!!!!
The best bagels around anywhere. I used to own Bagels & Lox in brick, Nj so I know my bagels. If you like a crispy crust on the outside and soft and doughy on the inside then you will love this bagel. By far the best in NJ. I highly recommend this store. Great breakfast and great food. I travel 30 minutes just to get my bagel with cream cheese and tomato every Saturday. Love it!
