Anybody Know How This Place is Doing?. My grandparents used to run this place, for a good 25 years or so. They ran it by themselves. My grandmother was the waitress and my grandfather was the chef. They had a dishwasher to help out occasionally. There are so many nostalgic memories associated with this place… they were forced to close after a rent raise. I hope the new owners are keeping it up well. It holds so many special family moments, even with the regulars that were constantly showing up.
