WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN!! This past Monday I stopped there for takeout order of pint of wonton and fantail shrimp. When I got home i ate a couple of the shrimp which were not good very doughy with very tiny shrimp inside. I then opened the wonton soup and after spooning out a wonton a huge long hair was attached to the spoon. I immediately called Rice King where no apology was offered i was told abruptly too bring the wonton soup back and the wonton would be exchanged when i questioned whether anything else would be offered since i had lost my appetite and had no desire to eat anything from there inc the remaining shrimp I was told nothing else would be offered. They didn’t bother to ask my name or number or seem to really care. Today i went in with the soup with hair in it the young woman knew of the incident when i asked for a manager but she said they would be doing nothing other than to give me a new pint of wonton soup. I told her to keep the replacement that I had no desire to eat food from them again and would post a review of this incident. She said Ok to do whatever. Needless to say I will tell anyone that I know about this incident and to avoid this business

Worst Experience EVER. The food is AVERAGE.The customer satisfaction is the WORST, has to deal with the rude Chinese family owner.Advertised without MSG, but I was so THIRSTY after eating there… half an hour and almost 1 liter of water.Would not recommend this place at all.
