  Have been going to this chain for the last 10 yrs in different states but our last experience was HORRIBLE. We called in to put our name on the waiting list. They had said there is a 40 min wait. Reached there after 25 mins and was told that there is a 40 minute wait. 40 mins later the wait was another 20 mins and then were told another 20 mins, after that were told another 10 minutes. The lady upfront was overwhelmed and was nit even able to look you in the eye. Her manager told us it was unusually busy that day. When asked why people coming much later than us were seated earlier, she said you need a table of two and others needed a table fie 3 or 4. When we told her that is not true as several people were sitting in a table for 4 as a couple she had nowhere to go. 2 hrs later we were seated. Food and service saved the day, had no intention of tipping but the waiter was AWESOME. Just hope it was not shared by the two Maitre’Ds.

  Always a good time. Our local Carrabba’s is always fun and the food is always good. The kitchen crew is fantastic here. We’ve eaten in 4 different locations but the Green Brook one is tops. The others I wouldn’t be excited to go back to. Sit at the kitchen for faster seating on busy nights. Plus it’s entertaining to watch although it can be quite loud with all the banging pans and plates.

  Decent. Food was decent but skip the srimp scampi.
