Delivery orders. I have been using Fairmount Eats since they refurbished the establishment. At first they started off good, but have gone down since. when I order delivery on several occasions the fries are over cooked or tasted old and re-fried. I ordered a tiramisu once and it was dry, when i told the person on the phone my dissatisfaction, he insisted it was not and was very rude. I know what dry is, and have worked in food service and also know when an item has been sitting or been re-heated or re-fried in old oil.
Fairmount eats delivery is by far one of the worst I’ve experienced as far as dinners go.Literally everytime I order from them regardless of time or distance from them it’s an outstanding wait time.Also they seem to have a problem following the specifics of orders.I ordered a panini no pickles and it was marked no pickles and still had a whole pickle on it.I don’t know how the dinning experience is there but if it’s anything like the delivery I would definitely not advise eating there.
1st time there. First time I went there and it was bigger than I thought. They also had a lot to choose from, including lunch specials that came with either a soda or cup of soup. I had the cream of broccoli soup which was really thick and tasty. I also had the Milano panini which could have used more marinara sauce but the salad that came with it was huge. Plus, when I asked for more sauce the waitress brought over a soup cup full which was more than enough. The staff was very friendly and I would go back again to try more items.
