The filet mignon is my favorite! I order it every time I’m at Houston’s. The spinach dip is delicious. My boyfriend absolutely loves the ribs as well. Great place!
I’ve always loved Houston’s. Even though there’s always a wait, it’s worth it. I eat meat but the veggie burger they have is to die for! I order it almost every time. There is something about that soy glaze that holds it all together… Service is polite and attentive.

Love this place……….. I order the same thing every time I go (driving a little over an hour to get to Hackensack). The spinach dip is the BEST EVER (and every time the hubby screws up, he takes a drive to get me one to go) and the hawaiian ribeye is to die for. The only down side, my husband only eats chicken/turkey and they only offer one chicken dish.

My son and I have going here since he was about ten years old (he’s almost 16 now). He loves the cheeseburger and the red bean and rice soup, and we always order both vegetable sides. We still talk about the sliced beets with creme fraiche. Nobody does veggies like Houston’s.
