Rude. The service at this location all around is just terrible. The MANAGER himself is a rude man who doesn’t seem to want to be bothered with customers. If you complain about something you order, they’ll take it back, gather all around, and hand your coffee back to you EXACTLY how it was before. I think the problem starts with the management and then trickles down to the associates. LUCKILY, there’s a starbuck’s down the street. SO skip this dunkin donuts and save yourself the frustration
