Absolutely the best in NJ. I grew up in Jersey and Pats steaks are good but Gaetonos are great! You literally need a knife and fork to eat all the steak. I always have to share my regular sized sandwich. Jersey has the best food ever and now that I live in Pensacola, FL, I would love to franchise. I want the world to know what great food they have been missing out on. The Amorosa rolls used in NJ really make a difference and I have never seen them outside of Jersey. Hate to make this long but I went to a shop in Atlanta one day and asked for the Philly cheesesteak they had on the menu. When asked what toppings I wanted, they looked at me funny when I said fried onions and ketchup. They said, we don’t have ketchup in the store……. Needless to say, I very nicely told them that this was purely false advertisement to even use the word Philly in a sandwich that uses actual, steakuums.
Great food….TERRIBLE service.. I have been going to the Gaetano’s in Willingboro for over 20 years. I started recently going to the one in Hamilton because I work on RT 33 now. The food is similar to what I’m used to, however the staff is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Every single time I call they are extremely rude and make me feel like I am BOTHERING them by placing an order. Today I had the pleasure of physically meeting a few of them because I was tired of my delivery being cold and wrong so I went to pick it up. My co worker and I were splitting the meal so I took both of our debit cards. The guy, refused to tell his name, and made me feel like a moron because i had two cards. He said he needed my co worker to be present. Now, first of all, I gave him my work number and asked if he could call to confirm it was ok to run the card. He refused, rolled his eyes and put his hands up in disgust. The other guy behind the counter stood with her arms folded, laughing. One was sitting down more concerned with soccer than the business. I have to deal with the public every single day trying to sell and brand a product. I cannot BELIEVE how INCREDIBLY ignorant these people are to how to treat customers, especially ones who are polite and are not complaining. This is completely unacceptable and will now result in loss of business. May not seem like much but I’m sure I’m not the only one who has experienced this rudeness. Oh, and they don’t make pizza til 5 pm. who does that?

You get what you pay for. The large can feed 3 people depending on your appetite. Anyway, if you are looking for a great cheesesteak definitely go here you will not be disappointed 🙂 There is lots of other great stuff too! As for the staff they are always courteous and nice to me.
Meanest lady in the world. My wife and I met at Gaetano’s for lunch on Sunday afternoon. I called in my order to pick up and planned on eating it there. My wife decided she rather get something from salad works, so we picked that up on the way. When we got there, we sit down and wait for his cheesesteak, the lady behind the counter told me that me that i can’t eat my sandwich there because my wife’s cup said salad works. Keep in mind the this lady, my wife and i are the only 3 people in the pizza place in fact we were the only people in the whole complex. guess what my family and i have been eating there for years and that stops today so check out pizza grill rite next store great service and great people. There are several locations all good cheesesteaks but each place has their own version of a menu some make pizza some dont …..ive eaten at pretty much all of them …i highly recommend the steak sandwiches …even the chicken steaks are very good…but stay away from anything else on the menu
Best cheese steak i ever had. place is cool too has new decorations like the jersey shore. people were nice would def recomend
