Shrinking portions and higher prices.. Just visited Halo Pub in Hamilton. Have not been here in a while. Ordered a triple scoop weekday with whipped cream and got portion size that used to be a single scoop about a year ago. I asked my server if that really was three scoops and she snapped back that was the largest size they serve. Five dollars for about 3 ounces of ice cream and watery whipped cream. I think I’ll be heading to Swal Dairy down the road a bit from now on. Bigger portions at a more reasonable price.
