RUDE owner treats customers horribly. We’ve been happy ordering from Palermo’s for a long time, up until the past few weeks. Unfortunately there was problems with my food the past 3 times I’ve ordered. The first two times I complained, Palermo’s was gracious and brought back the correct order. The third time I was asked by the manager to find another business to frequent. I was so offended that I drove over with my family to talk to the owner. I wanted to tell him how much we love their food and that I’m not trying to cause trouble, I just want to get the correct food I ordered. Well, the RUDE owner stepped up about an inch from my husband’s face and heatedly said we should take this outside. At this point I know I’m not getting an apology and now I want all of my money back after being treated so poorly! He kept antagonizing my husband by talking angrily right in his face and I really thought the owner was going to hit him. I was horrified by this entire interaction and will NEVER go there again. The customer should always be treated respectfully, especially if the restaurant was the one making the mistakes. I highly recommend that you don’t give your business to a place like this.
