BAD SERViCE ! Especially at the bar ! Manager is not doing a good job !!29 Apr, 2012Stayed at the bar to have dinner. The bar tender is unfriendly and obnoxious ! The food took so long never says anything about . Complain to the manager but she is useless. We are a paying customer and you get a service that sucks ! Don’t EvER go back to that place.
Good food and great service. My husband and i dined there last week and i have to say the food was very good and the service outstanding. Ryan, our server, was very attentive and anticipated all our needs without being overbearing. We will definitely return!
Worst customer service ever. Sat at our table for over 20 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Walked out and will not be returning.
Awesome Been there 6-8 times and love it Prices are not bad, huge portions, very tasty
Yum. I have been to Villa Romanza twice and plan on being regular. The service was terrific and the meals were delicious. The portions are a bit large but I’m also a fan of leftovers, so I don’t mind. Had the Calamari and it was tasty. My main course was the Sea Bass Pescatore….somewhere under the generous toppings of mussels, clams, bass, and shrimp was pasta with a nice Diavlo sauce. Not too spicy but just the right kick. My second trip my fiance and I brought friends and they were equally impressed with the food, atmosphere, service, and prices. They are already for another night at Villa Romanza’s soon. The one element that put my whole experience is to see the owner come to each and every table to see how our meals are and to chat for a few minutes. That shows that he appreciates your business and takes pride in what he has to offer you. When a new restaurant opens, I usually give them more than one chance to make an impression. Keep in mind that there are a lot of factors that need to be ironed out and this can only be acheived with time. Villa Romanza has impressed me right from the start and I expect a bad meal to occur but nobody’s perfect. Look forward to my next dinner and wish Villa Romanza all the best.
Delicious!. Went with a group of friends and everyone raved about their meals. The calamari appetizer was flavorful and crispy, not a bit of grease. The cold anti pasta platter was full of so many selections, all fresh and went great with the bread. I had the Veal Lemoncello – 3 nice pieces of very tender veal with crabmeat. The sauce was incredibly tasty. I was too stuffed for dessert but those that ordered them loved them. Will definetly return in the very near future!
2 stars. Ate there last night with a group. Nothing inside was changed from when it was a Sushi Restaurant except for some pictures on the walls. The PDF menu that comes up when you search for this restaurant, the prices are not correct. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Guessing, not for this restaurant. The food was, just fair. Nothing special for the price. You do get more than what you can eat but, I would prefer quailty, than a large quantity of mediocre food. Not one person in the party said they would come back. Our waitress was new, made some omissions because she was trying to hurry but, she’ll be ok in time. The owner made the rounds and spoke to every table. He was very friendly. But, as far as the food is concerned, it’s just OK.
