Great to have a satisfying diner in the neighborhood. I highly recommend breakfast food. Either me or a family member has had one of the following goodies: omelet, multigrain pancakes, eggs in a variety of styles. We all really love being able to get grits since we’ve lived down south. They are creamy and plentiful. The French toast was ok, nothing spectacular. Corned beef hash did the trick. But the lunch food would send us elsewhere. It is NOT haute cuisine. Just good, cheap, and dependable breakfast food in a diner.

Really can’t say enough about this small diner, though can only objectively speak about their breakfast. (And I believe they are now experimenting with dinner hours.)
Coasting. Used to be nice, but they’ve been coasting. Arrogant hipsters run the place along with crusty old waitresses. They’re not always open during posted hours. It will do in a pinch, but only expect further degradation while the cash cow is milked. Don’t expect them to be open at their 6 AM posted time… they’ll get there when they get there.
