Staff Unfriendly, borderline rude. I’ve eaten here a few times and my experience has pretty much been the same everytime. The food is good, but the waiter was pretty unfriendly and I would say borderline rude. The atmosphere is not bad other than the waitstaff – but I’ve given them a few chances and won’t be going back again.

Sorry Kowalczyk. Possibly your experiences at cafe graziella were many many moons ago. as this suffers from many problems; including mediocre service (they don’t know who ordered what food), an unwelcoming owner to just poor food.now i’ve only eatin there once – but it was so bad that i wouldn’t spend my money there nor would i want to put their bad food in my stomach.
Cafe Graziella is amazing. Fresh, authentic italian food. even though it is an expensive meal, the food is totally worth it. The portions are fantastic and i have never had a bad meal. I highly reccomend this restaurant, once you go you’ll go back an uncountable number times after. purely delectable.
Best Italian Food in Area. Hands down best Italian food in the area. And not Olive Garden Italian food, authentic Italian. I have eaten there uncountable times since it opened about ten years ago and I have never had less than an excellent meal. The food is excellent, freshly prepared, and authentic and it provides a very cozy atmosphere for casual dining or romantic evenings. I promise that once you try this food you will not hesitate to come back.
