Very good Chinese and very reasonably priced… Located just off the 206 near the Planet Fitness, it is a small and modest eatery with a few seats but mostly meant for take outs or delivery… We stepped in this evening and ordered Garlic Shrimps and General Tso Chicken combination platters… The dinner platters come with egg rolls and pork fried rice… We also took the House Special Mei Foon… While all that was being prepared, we tried out their steamed chicken dumplings which tasted great… The quantities are generous and the food is not greasy… For the prices charged but with no compromise on quality, this place is an absolute must try…

I wasn’t even aware that there was a new restaurant in Hillsborough, but found a menu in one of the Penny Saver Advertisements that come via snail mail. Excellent Marketing and sure it will bring Chang’s much business! We had delivery tonight of Hot and Spicy Shredded Pork and Chicken with Broccoli. Both so fresh and full of flavor. Not weighed down with oil, salt, etc. The egg and shrimp rolls were also crisp but not oily. The delivery was quick and the driver even phoned to confirm the address. Thanks for coming to the area Chang’s!
Moved to Hillsborough for about a year and have been trying to find a good Chinese food place nearby. Of all of the places we tried, Chang’s China tasted the best and sing it is new, it was much more clean than the other places we tried. There does seem to be many Chinese restaurants competing for business so I hope they stick around for a while.
