I thought food could be better, drinks were nice, I got the chicken enchiladas , appeared chicken was old. Dishes my friends got werent that great either, have had better mexican in Hoboken.
Worse Mexican food I’ve ever had, Nachos looked like they’re from a gas station, Burrito tasted microwaved, I’ve lived in Texas for several years and this is not Mexican but a way to rip off late night drunk yuppies. Furthermore, the place is really really filthy, I wonder what the kitchen is like.
Baja needs my love. And it can have it. so so good here. I indulge with some kind of jalepeno popper with a shrimp in it. OH! so good. everything here is the best, from the chips and best salsa ever to the fajitas. yummy.
Brilliantly BAD!. We ordered delivery from Baja’s hoboken location and found the worst service, food and overall experience we’ve had in years! We ordered it, using a credit card, at 7pm. The request was simple: a burrito, a salad and an appetizer. It was over an hour before we chose to call, and to our amazment they had forgotten it. Without and appology and only someone over the phone blaiming thier co-worker they said it was ready and they’d send it right over (6 blocks away). I asked for a discount for the inconvience and they told me they’d call me back… No call back. 30 minutes later I made another call and was met with a man, Roberto I think it was, who told me he was too busy to deal with the problem but the food was on its way. 15 minutes after that the food arrived and I was charged full price for it. Elated to have food I accepted, it being almost 9pm. When we opened the bags everything inside it was cold to the touch! I cannot believe the carelessness of this restaurant toward its customers and it will not find my return business.
Food is ok. I’M sure is not the best or worst Mexican in the area
