Forgetabout it!If you like fresh mozzarella this is the place that should be the standard by which all others should be judged! I have been going here for over 50 years and always make the trip here when I get back to Hoboken. The choice of Italian deli meats and cheeses are in my opinion the best in the area.
Best sandwiches in Jersey… Always fresh and delicious mozzarella and meat! It’s a traditional Italian deli, don’t go in expecting lettuce, tomato, onion on your sandwich… this ain’t Subway! There’s a ton of different marinated vegetables to add to your sandwich if you’d like, charged based on weight. They have daily specials, I highly recommend their roast beef sandwich with gravy which is sold only on Thursdays and Saturdays.
