WOW. I think the best italian food i ever had in the usa. we came from germany for a visit and i saw this restaurant in the internet. perfect shrimps, great lasagne and finally a pizza thats was like a world cup win. nice and helpfull waiter, we didn t know its BYOB and he gave me a flyer from a wine delivery service. after 5 minutes we had our wine. the chef came to every table and asked if everything was o.k. we had a nice talk between an italian and 2 germans.Overall i would highly recommend this place!!! Come and try you will not be disapointed.On our next rip we will come back for sure, may be not only one time.Thanks for a great evening.Wolfgang & Pia

Great Food, Great Ambiance, Gorgeously Decorated. The place is brand new and beautifully decorated. It is a great place for either a fun or romantic first-date, or for a casual nice night out to dinner with a group of friends. The menu is extremely affordable and ranges from basic pizza meal to excellent entres. The owners are apparently expert in the business because they are extremely courteous and attentive to their dining customers ensuring that they are enjoying their stay. I have had different types of foods there and it is very fresh, delicious, and was served quite quickly despite the volume of customers in the dining room. Staff looks quite classy and was nicely dressed in uniform. The place is extremely clean, has excellent lighting for a nice dinner atmosphere, the music is just right, and best of all: FREE PARKING! I must comment on the pizza: I have never had such uniquely fine tasting pizza anywhere. This pizza is coal fired, not gas, or brick oven cooked, this is coal fired which gives the crust an incredibly fine crusty texture due to the unique baking process. In short, it is like none other I have ever tasted and I come from the pizza capitol of the USA-Brooklyn, NY. I a mdefinitely coming back whenever I am in NJ and I suggest anyone in the city go there. You will not beat the prices that this place offers for the service, and experience you get at San Giusseppe’s Hoboken Coal-fired pizza.
