This was a great local Jersey City place with good happy hour specials. However after several years, the doors closed on Friday September 5th for good. Boca Grande will be missed. Where will we all go on 5 May? Closed:(
We visited this place during lunch hours after standard Newport mall visit. Food was good and of right portion, service was pathetic. On top they decided to award themselves discretionary 20% tip for a family of 4. Never go again.
This is a local JC joint owned by JC residents. Great happy hour specials. Good entertainment when they have bands etc. Food is Mexican and decent basic stuff, but don’t expect gourmet. Remember it is JC.
