OMG!!!First, Chef/Owner Dan is one of the most passionate and knowledge driven restaurantuers I’ve meet! NYT and all the other positive reviews are correct!!!! Best Neopalitan/Italian pizza in the country! It’s just missing the Italian staff in a cool location in Italia!!!Do not miss out on the most outstanding bread and butter!!! Dan goes through painstaking effort to make it as special as it is to eat!!!!Polpette, Salumi Misti…outstanding!Pizzas…outstanding!Seasonal Pizzas…outstanding!Current favorite…Di Natale!Panna Cotta…outstanding!Sadly, the secret has been out and I missed it because it takes me an hour to get there :-(However, it has become well worth the trip 3x!Trip number 4 is coming up soon!!!Maybe next week!!’Ciao for now!
