First time. Sea bass tender and moist. Excellent. Salmon done the way our friend wanted. All the steak orders exactly as requested, juicy and tender. Delicious Substitute side dishes permitted. The julienne veggies just right. Desserts. Apple crisp and chocolate cake volcano both fabulous. Great choice. Great food. Great service!!! Chef Aryeh Goldenson does it right.
Amazing!. I dined at Estreia with some friends tonight. The food and service were both out of this world. Each of the sauces, sides, appetizers and desserts were flavorful and exciting. My steak was a perfect medium rare, with a beautiful sear, and spiced to perfection. The Executive Chef, Aryeh Goldenson, comes with many years of catering and restaurant experience, and it shows. The timing was impeccable. The waiter explained the menu items clearly and helped us decide on something that was perfect for each of us. Don’t miss the prime rib sliders and the apple crisp dessert prepared from scratch to order and served with cinnamon ice cream. In fact, here I must note that the waiter was helpful in letting us know early on that if we wanted that dessert we should order early, resulting in no extra wait time for this really awesome dessert. Portion sizes are generous. I also want to make specific mention of one of the sauces (no less than five homemade sauces came with the steak): The Bearnaise sauce. This sauce was a perfect consistency and had that special rich flavor which so enhances a steak. The chef did justice to a classic which can be very difficult to master.Estreia rivals the best kosher restaurants in Manhattan. The only thing missing was the travel time. If you visit this establishment, you can expect a wonderful and warm experience.

I dined here last night and it was spectacular.My server was fast and knowledgeable of the menu,offering the mushroom valenti as a starter and the cowboy bone on steak for my meal.She was right on both.The creamy sauce and the mushrooms sat perfectly on the crispy puff pastry shell.And my cowboy steak was superb,coming with tasty sauces to dip in.Finally,weve found our new spot for great kosher cuisine!
