A more recent review. This place has gone downhill. perhaps it’s because it is poorly ran, seems to have no management or authority figure to keep the staff in line. the food is average, nothing special, if you want a bagel, you go here, saying there are no other bagel shops in town. but if you order a sandwhich from the grill it seems as if they dunk it in grease before handing it over to you. although that isnt even the problem, i have literally never been so upset about the way i have been treated by the employees in any store or place of business in my entire life. i wish i was over exaggerating, but i am not. these girls they have hired are rude, disrespectful, have no customer service, and frankly i would not doubt it if they spat in a bagel every now and again. i am a very unsatified customer and will not be returning ever again, nor am i the only person in town that feels this way.

I love this place every time you go there the is a line out the door. The bagels are amazing. And they are always fresh baked.
Not north jersey good but clearly the best in this area. As evidenced by the long, patient lines of people waiting their turn. Tip: You can call your order in (even for the bakers dz of bagels) and avoid the long line.
Fresh bagels, good variety. French toast are amazing!
Food’s great – service leaves a lot to be desired. Too bad..I’d go more often if they hired older people who know how to treat paying customers and keep them coming back.
