I smoke meat myself so could be hard to impress me . The fact that they run low on products constantly doesnt necessarily mean good food in fact I believe its the opposite but Ill keep trying
I was very excitedwhen RW&Q opened. I’ve been here about 3 timeshoping it’ll get better and it hasn’t. Gelatinous fat cap on beef brisket all 3 times is not an accident. Sides are just ok, when they haven’t actually run out of them.I’ve had GREAT smoke (see my reviews for Virgil’s NYC or Brother bear) I’ll give it some time and try again and update any changes.
