My wife is a great fan of chillis and she always talks about chillis food whenever we are passing chillis restaurant. So yesterday I decided to try chillis. Chillis located in NJ23 and can find the restaurant very easily while driving. Chillis has very good parking space including disabled persons parking. Ambiance in the restaurant remembers me about Diners in USA. The restaurant is pretty clean and bearers are friendly too. We got our seats within minutes and menu was available in kiosk machine(bit different experience) .we started our ordering with southwestern egg rolls(it has chicken even its named as egg rolls) . Egg rolls were very cheesy and juicy. It was a very tasty appetizer which filled our stomach half(rating 9/10). After eating juicy egg rolls, we just rolled into their menu and most of their dishes are made with bacon or beef. For a beef lover, Chillis can be their heaven. As we wont eat beef and bacon we customized their supreme burger with chicken. Burger combo (burger and fries)came to our table within minutes and we were super excited to bite it!!! After the first bite, I felt Burger was bland and the chicken was little hard. Burger was very average in taste(rating 5/10) and bit pricey too. Fries were just normal (rating 7/10). The best thing about Chillis is their kiosk machine and you can order the food, play games and pay your bill with it. Overall chillis food was above average and I liked their service very much.Recommendation: you can visit chillis once in a while.Follow me on Instagram for more reviews: @deepuzz89
Horrible Service. A few of us got together for dinner and drinks at this location and would have never ever went there if we knew the lack of service we were going to have. First of all you have 2 servers, HA! We saw one server once in awhile and never saw the other. Everything took forever to come out. The Long Island Iced Tea was nothing but a Iced Tea and $7.49! Outrageous. Absolutely insane. The entire evening was just horrible because of the service. Everything took forever to come out and to even be asked if we wanted anything. We definitely don’t think we will be returning to the location.
Typical tex-mex food. Food is good… But beware if they ask you if you want snacks like taco chips, etc. In most resturants, you get something for free. Salad, bread, chips, etc. Not here… They charge for chips even. Otherwise, food is decent.
