Unless you are in Las Vegas, the buffet restaurants usually call for the reduced expectations. Otherwise, some buffets start on the high note, and then deteriorate rapidly in the quality of food in a year or two. None of this is true for Minado. Im writing this review after a very recent visit to Minado after been their loyal customer for more than 10 years. The food quality didnt drop for the smallest amount if anything , quality is always top notch, and variety keeps increasing. Japanese cuisine at its best, with a great variety of salads, hot foods – chicken, beef, fish and seafood, soups, tempura, and of course great selection of sushi by the piece and the rolls everything is fresh and delicious.Minado is most highly recommended, both as lunch and dinner experience. talk-a-vino.com

Amazing Value, Great food!. This all you can eat Japanese buffet is amazing! It has every type of sushi/maki/sashimi you can think of, at least 30 hot dishes, tons of salads, fresh fruit, and the best part is fresh shucked oysters and snow crab legs!! They serve beer, wine, and saki.Areas for improvement: Snow crab legs are better served hot with real butter as opposed to on ice. The dessert table could have been better. Still a fantastic value at only $31.50 per person. Go hungry and go early (it gets crowded).
The absolute best just order tap water for a drink !
