Pricey… But Worth It!. Daddy O is a little bit frustrating. We’ve been coming since 2009 when at the time I had had some of my very favorite meals. The bloom has come off the rose a little bit in recent years. I have to say that the filet w/ crab meat entree was a huge disappointment. So little crab at surf and turf prices. That being said… my experiences over the years, the rest of our meal including the sushi appetizers, the atmosphere, the friendly service… this is still a four star spot that at times achieves five star status. Be warned, it’s very pricey… but in general well worth it!15 Aug, 2011Pricey but great!. Daddy O does everything right from soup to nuts. Perfect service. Creative menu wonderfully executed! It is super expensive but worth it. They deliver the goods!

Desert anyone?. Last night we decided to take the kids to Daddy O’s to grab some desert… We ordered two chocolate milks, a banana torte, key lime pie, browny ice cream dish and a tiramisu. We were seated outside, which was lovely. We found the service very slow, 40 minutes to get deserts, the banana torte wasn’t editable and was sent back, the ice cream the brownie had a strange after teaste, but the pie was tastey as was the tiramisu. So, in closing, we ordered four desserts and two were good… those aren’t good stats. But wait, the chocolate milks were well received, so that saved the day.All in all, we’d go back for a full dinner to give it another chance. So, I guys that it’s saying something.
