  Still the best. I’ve been ordering food from the Pizza Factory since they opened and tried others in town. The Pizza Factory has the best pizza in town. I love thier Brooklyn Pizza and the Nonna is great too. Not to mention their cheesesteak sandwiches are the BEST!!!. My wife and kids always love to order from there. Their menu is huge and always something for everyone. I never had a bad experience there, sometimes had to wait for delivery, but its worth it.

  It’s gone downhill. As we live just up the street fom them on cross street we ordered from them quite often. when they first opened my husband likened his food to what they have in italy. his parents both born and raised in italy as were my grandparetns. the sandwhiches and wraps were so great.even had them cater a small party for me. pizza and dinners were great as well. everything on the menu was wonderful. over the past year or so every order was wrong, wraprs came cold, calamiri was spoiled, sandwhiches tasted funny. we wondered if they had new owners or new cooks. i always wanted guests to come so they could try it too. not any more. we tried 3 times over the last few months and each time something wasn’t right. so sadly, the best place in madison has become the one place we have stayed clear of.

  Great Sandwhich. Their Pizza is decent, but their sandwhiches are very good. Excellent rolls.
