Cafeteria service, BUT…. … the roast turkey (Thursday) and baked ham (Friday) reign supreme! Nowhere in Morris County will you get ham or turkey sandwiches that come close to these, carved off the bone right in front of your eyes — my mouth is watering already! The ham sandwich is so good I used one once to get out of the doghouse — brought it home, and all was forgiven!The Waverly has so little atmosphere that it actually has atmosphere; I can’t explain that, but there it is… and it’s always fun to josh with Beau, the owner/carver/server/register guy.
