Amazing Food!. My husband and I went there one Friday night for dinner. The people are awesome, very friendly and made you feel like family. We had the calamari and a salad with green apples and goat cheese to start which were delicious and we ordered the white pizza with the prosciutto and truffle oil, best thin pizza we’ve had in a long while. Great addition to Manalapan. A place to definitely go to have a great meal. Can wait to go back.

MANHATTAN QUALITY RESTAURANT IN MANALAPAN. Today my husband and I went with friends to Nuovo Trattoria, the foodwas incredibly good. Our friend’s huband and I had the rack of lamb andmy husband and our friend’s wife had the Bronzini. Both dishes were excellent!!!!! The presentation was beautiful and the side dishes wereterrific. The service can’t be beaten, the owner was very welcoming andwe can’t wait to eat there again. Dr. & Mrs. Samuel Unger
Delicious. I ate at Nuovo Trattoria and the entire experience was perfect. The food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing.

Truly Enjoyed!. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was great, My Risotto was perfect,I had a really good salad with pears and goat cheese. For my main course I tried the chicken with proscuitto, eggplant & mozzarella it was very good! Of course I tried my friends fried calamari-(yummy) and the lamb was amazing. Lots more I cant wait to try! Nice to have a new good restaurant in the area!Oh yea, the desserts also delicious!
