Horrible Customer Service. We have ordered food here regularly for the past 4 weeks. We have tried most dishes and although they are not bad and fairly priced; the customer service is HORRIBLE. You would think not only would they strive to be courteous to their customer base, but that repeat, regular customers, would be treated especially well. That is not the case here. After repeat rude conversations and late orders with no responsibility for their actions, no, I’m sorry, we are busy or anything, just snide comments and immediate hang-ups. Nothing to diffuse the situation; just horrible customer service. I now see why their reviews on nearly every site are so bad. You have lost a customer for life. I do not recommend anyone eating here if you have to speak to any of the employees; if you can get by without having to communicate with them, the food is ok.
