Best bagels!. I have been going to this place for 12 years. The bagels, are HANDS DOWN, the best!! But….the service stinks! I was pregnant 12 yrs ago, young, hungry, new to the area and…Catholic. I asked for a turkey and cheese on a bagel and you thought that I had brought a Saber toothed tiger in with me. I apologized…a lot… and the two older women were still sooo rude to me. Another time I went in there, pregnant again, in my nursing scrubs from work, and there was a really bad accident out front (an overturned Jeep). I ran to assist any injured, at 7 months pregnant. When all was said and done, I ordered my bagel. They didn’t even smile at me!! These two women still work the counter to this day…but now I keep it simple…no smiles or thank you’s. But I do love those bagels.
Good Bagels, Surly Service.. Your right. Women are rude, no personality to be dealing with the public. Would it kill them to smile? But, the bagels are the best around.

Awesome bagels. Really good bagels but the service could use some work. Just because idiots work behind the counter doesnt mean I am not going to get the food I like!
Good Bagels, Terrible terrible service.. I’ve been going to yorktown bagels for 10 years now, and i feel this really needs to be said: They have the BEST bagels in town hands down, However the people working there are snobby rude and have never gotten my order right. The employees act like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to purchase their goods, and are constantly gossiping about the last customer in the store(I wonder what they say about me when I leave…). Every time I go I ask for a plain bagel, toasted, with very little cream cheese. And every time I go I receive an everything bagel, untoasted, COVERED in cream cheese. I would go to this establishment on a daily basis if the employees weren’t so incompetent. But I don’t think they are going to change, I’m SURE they’ve lost a lot of business because of their employees.
MUCH better than Bagel World. The bagels and bialys are bigger, softer (NOT crunchy) and taste a lot better than Bagel World!
I don’t Luke these bagels. They are too crunchy and not well flavored. Better to opt for bagel world over on rt 9
