New years Eve dinner disaster. I called in a takeout order late New Years Eve afternoon for pick-up by my wife on her way home from work which turned out to be be a terrible event on a happy occasion after she returned home with the order. The Manhattan Clam Chowder was very good as it has been in our past visits. However, the two shrimp cocktails we got had 5 miniature size shrimp unlike the extra large ones we were used to getting-extremely small order and extremely overpriced to boot. We got one fried flounder dinner that was badly over fried and dried out, a broiled flounder dinner which was fair at best, and cocktail sauce that tasted almost like ketchup straight from the bottle. The whole order was packed poorly and leaking over everything.I spent $67.00 on a horrible dinner that wasn’t worth one third of that amount. We may be back there-but, only to to purchase soup-totally dissatisfied and disappointed!!!

Great lobster. I just ate diner with my wife and son at Pete’s. My wife and I had the lobster special. I was shocked. $10 for a whole lobster. It was really good. My son had some fried shrimp and he wants us to go back. The service was impeccable. I must have had three different waitresses stop by the table to check on us. Our drinks were always full. They were busy and we didn’t feel left out. They gave my son an ice cream. I think that’s why he wants to go back. I was really surprised. From the outside it looks like a diner. All in all I would recommend this place. It was a really good seafood restaurant and it didn’t smell like fish.

Awesome Brooklyn combination. I had a dish there last night called the Brooklyn Combination. Holy Wow. It was loaded with shrimp, crab meat, and I have to say the best scallops I have ever had. The owner was walking around checking on tables and was a nice guy. He brought my wife and I a dessert on the house. GET THIS it was Fried blueberry empenada with ice cream. Yeah that’s rite, a fried blueberry empanada. Blew my mind. I am taking my parents there for good Friday. Hope its not to crazy there

Just had the best swordfish ever. Had it blackened over rice and beans with a mango salsa. Wow. And great calamari.

Fresh Seafood with decent prices!. I have eaten in this place for years. It use to be across the street in a tackly little resturant. Now, it is in a bigger and nicer place. I have always been a fan of their fried flounder sandwhich platter. Crispy, not greasy, good tasting sandwhich. This platter comes with great steak fries and slaw. Staff is always friendly and pretty.

The lobster is so succulent it feels like you’re being gently rocked by the lobster lifeguard from Spongebob.
