Food a solid B. I am local to Gian Marco’s. I mostly pick-up or have delivered. Most of the time, the food is hotter if I pick-up than if delivered. Whether it sandwiches, Pizza, or dinners; I feel the food is really good. My favorite sandwich is their Tuscany chicken sandwich. But all of their sandwiches are great.It is going to be hard to compete with the quality Pizza in the area, so I would recommend their sandwiches and their dinners, and give their Pizza a C.I disagree with other reviews about the price, people are being dramatic. I think the prices are fair(not cheap).I have never eaten inside, so I can’t speak for their service other than when I come to pick-up, the food is ready. I think people confuse disorganized with poor service. Call in advance. When you get there, work your way to the counter, they will ask your name; and if your food is ready, you’ll be out the door.

Pizza is decent but as others have said the service is just plain aweful…particularly from the younger gentleman at the counter. I have decided we have eaten here for the last time. I cant justify paying money to be treated like that. I actually dread going in to pick up the pizza.

All the employees including the manager are rude and there is NO effort put into the food. one time i ordered a pizza and when it came the dough was basically raw. this place is a big let down so go to bella napoli instead..its right down the street and alot better
Amazing. I went when there was only one waitor because the other waitor had quit that day, but he still did an excellent job. The food was outstanding! I was with my family so we shared, and we had the fried ravioli (amazing), veggie wrap (delicious), eggplant parmesian (best ive ever had) and a broccoli calzone (wonderful). We were so shocked when we saw the bill and it was under $50! Any one who says negative about this place hasn’t really tried it.
