Cute & cozy place. Food is really good. Coffee’s great. But service isn’t all that great. Boy at the cashier didnt understand English & ended up charging me almost $20 extra. When I confronted him he was very rude & defensive about it. Just pay attention to your bill when you go there.
Weekend brunch gets crowded but the staff manages it well. The coffee is amazing and the food is good. The pancakes and waffles are fluffy. The Bluestone Omlet tends to have way too much basil.
Friendly, Fun and Great Food!. Wonderful coffee, the best Eggs Benedict in town, Scrumptious muffins, Fantastic omelettes. Incredible challah-bread French Toast. Crispy bacon. My personal faves: the parmesan-asparagus fritatta and the irrepressible Camille, our waitress, who daily brings joy and good humor into the lives of hungry Montclairians!Is it obvious that I really, really like Blue Stone?
Sunday Brunch with style. Typical Montclair local coffee shop but with the addition of good breakfast selections and exceedingly good coffee brews. I know the owner of this shop personally and he knows everything there is to know about coffee I assure you. The staff is young, kind, and prompt which is why their is usually a wait.
EW!. The staff is rude! Bonjour Montclair is way better!
