Great Food !!!. First off its BYOB so bring your beer & wine or whatever you drink.I had the guacamole & choriqueso for apps. both great. Then for my entree I had Fish Tacos. Yummy !!! Service was great, my waiter Rich was friendly explained certain dishes to me & recommended the fish tacos that were outstanding. The best Mexican Restaurant in North Jersey !!!
Not bad. Like the other reviewer’s, I found the food here to be OK. One thing missing in Montclair’s food scene is a great Mexican restaurant. Our appetizers were very good…excellent salsa and guacamole. Nachos made with ingredients on each chip,not just dumped on. I had their pork enchiladas. Pork is very good. The toppings could have been a litlle hotter (vs lukewarm). I found the service to be pretty good. Much better than Senioritas…not saying much, I know. Give it a try….
Best Mexican in Montclair (but that doesn’t say much). Overall very pleased with the food. The salsa they provide is excellent, much better than competitor’s like Senioritas in Bloomfield. Entrees were great. I’ve had steak there, as well as combination platters. Both were delicious. Staff was very friendly but were very slow, especially when they got crowded. Also had trouble figuring out how to take down our restaurant.com coupon code. Still, I would definitely recommend this place.
