Modern Italian food with old world charm. Corso 98 is an excellent Italian restaurant serving modern style Italian food. Owners Elio & his wife Lisa are the perfect hosts. You can see that they have put a lot of love into their restaurant from the decor to the food. One appetizer special that is not to be missed when it is in season is zucchini blossoms. They are a true delicacy. I also love the Bobby Czyz PEI mussels with sausage and their version of sausage & peppers, as well as the stuffed artichokes. One of my favorite entrees is sushi grade sesame crusted tuna served beautifully pink & rare with amazing home made wasabi and white peach teriyaki sauce, fresh ginger and creatively prepared crispy vegetables cut spaghetti style. Their center cut pork chops, veal chops, & Australian rack of lamb are also very good. All of their pasta is home made. Service is very professional.

    Best roasted vegetable gravy ever.

Homemade pasta, would make Sophia Loren swoon!. AMAZING food! Such a hidden gem of a restaurant, unlike any restaurant in Montclair or the area for that matter. I was so impressed by the homemade pasta that they offer. From the Tagliatelle to the Maccheronni alla Ghittara to the phenomenal ravioli that are filled with seasonal ingredients. The chicken poached in white wine and vegetables was unreal!! Really worth trying!
