Wonderful Anniversary Tasting!!!. Had the Anniversary Tasting held at Fascino’s last Sunday. Every dish was so delicious. It was our 5th time having dinner at this restaurant but hadn’t been for a few years and forgot it is a BYOB. No problem, though- they have a binder with wines from a neighborhood liquor store. The price for the wine we picked out was actually a few dollars less than what we pay at our own neighborhood store. It was delivered to our table by one of the store workers in 5 minutes all chilled and ready to go!!. We just tipped the gentleman and was quite thrilled. Great idea Fascinos for us idiots. Service and atmosphere were great. Still thinking about the tasting and how tasty everything was. Would recommend trying this experience in the heart of Montclair. A nice Italian place. We were there already a few times. This time dishes were somewhat less eclectic than before, but still great. I liked the venison most, was perfectly medium rare, a good match with the crispy Brussels sprouts on a potato mash, and the Barbaresco Rabaja 2005 from Giuseppe Cortese.
My favorite. Hands down the BEST restaurant in Montclair! Been a patron since the doors opened and have never been disappointed. This family knows how to please. From a table for two, to a party of fifteen I sit in wonder at how professional the staff is. The food simply put is joyous!
Fantastic Italian. Great food at reasonable prices and BYOB. We especially love the tasting menu.
Delicious Food But Overpriced. Not much in terms of atmosphere here. It’s all about the food, which is very good. Their prices are too high for most people to be able to visit them on a regular basis.
Ambiance, etc.. This place has it all. Ambiance, great food, and excellent service.
