Cozy, romantic, and even family all covered in one space! Great tasting food! Service was super especially for a sat night. I’ve been there 3x and it keeps getting better. Dinning space is small but it somehow all works out!
Great Caribbean cuisine. The food was excellent!! The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I was with a group of 4 people and each one of us ordered a different dish. We were all very satisfied with our choices. I would recommend the griot creole( pork) which was well seasoned and tender. I am a very picky eater and was vey happy my choices on both occasions to the restaurant. The seafood is also great. It is worth checking out if you are in the mood for great food with a good ambience.
An absolutely outstanding restaurant! One of my favorite in all of Montclair. The level of carefully prepared, authentic, and not to mention, delicious cuisine is only surpassed by the hospitality, service and welcoming atmosphere. It is the type of place that you go to once, and miss not going back to. I will undoubtedly become a regular here. Empanadas are a great appetizer and crab touffe is unreal.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The appetizers were excellent and my goat meat was falling off the bone. Which if you know goat meat it is a tough meat. The presentation was spectacular. The restaurant is small but inviting .
Excellent food and personalized service if not packed. On weekend get there early because service becomes slow because of small staff and kitchen.
Simply Wonderful!. My husband and I are from New York, we have been on the hunt for a carribean restaurant to dine in. We stumbled unto Saveur Creole, and are so happy we did so, they have exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing, from the appetizers, to the entrees and desserts, everything was wonderful and the level of customer service was absolutely delightful for such a small restaurant. We were so happy that we don’t have to constantly drive to New york to go out to eat and that we have a great new favorite retaurant in our own backyard to dine in. My favorite dish is the red snapper,DELICIOUS!!!!!!
