Ok food, poor service. We went here for a birthday brunch. The food was not much better than typical diner food. The prices were good. The service was awful. We were asked for our drink order, 4 drinks were delivered, mine and my daughters were not. We had to remind the waitress. Aslo, the waitress NEVER came to ask if everyting was ok, or if we needed anything. Basically took the order and forgot we were there, not interested. So we will not be interested in going back.
New Owners New Vibe. We have now dined at Uptown 596 four times sine the new owners took over. The atmosphere, service, food and overall experience is excellent in every way. Outdoor dining now that it is warm is beautiful. We had burgers, salads, steaks, pasta, sea food, all good.
