Vietnamese! Authentic, friendly, delish!. We had visited another Vietnamese restaurant in the area and was rather disappointed, so imagine our happiness seeing this one open. The restaurant was open about 2 weeks when we first went. The Pho was full bodied, with a good amount of meat, the spring rolls were hot, crispy and flavorful. My dining partner had the fried shrimp app which he now gets EVERY time we go. He had a sampler style plate with fried egg, pork chop, meatball and pork pie. Very similiar to a dish he had the previous Viet restaurant. Very tasty! cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Lets talk about the service. This restaurant is a place you GO for the food, but you STAY for the service, super friendly and attentive without being hovering. The owners and staff are kind gentle people that are happy to answer any questions you have about the menu. Try the thai iced tea! try the P8, try the Banh Mi… whatever you do, just go.. you’ll be glad you did.We are now regulars…
