Authentic atmosphere for an Irish pub. The Guinness beer was fresh off the tap (not always the case in many places). I had the fish and chips and they came to the table hot and hand cut fries that were crispy and delicious. It was loud and very busy, but we did go in at 6pm. This foodie gives the grasshopper a big .
Terrible experience. Very unprofessional and rude bartender. 12.25. Bartender was wearing a red shirt and had a huge tummy. He seemed to deliberately give poor service to diverse clients and then holler at the bouncers to have these clients removed although he instigated the situation. Will not ever visit this place again and will be sure to encourage my friends to not support that establishment either.
Jets players Mondays during fball season. Heard about this place from fellow Jets fans. During football season theres always two Jets football players here at night. They do the Jets radio here and its awesome. They sign one item per person too. The food has always been awesome here too. Weve only had beer here and thats reasonably priced. If your a Jets fan this place is an absolute MUST!
Bad Fish and Chips. The batter was not cooked on the inside, French fries too greasy, and the tartar sauce was soupy. Our waitress was very unhappy to be there and did not try to hide it.
Best place in Motown on the weekends! Drinks are appropriatley priced. Live bands are good DJs usually are too. Lunch time food is great as well
Good place to hang out. This is a great bar if you like more of a relaxed, casual place to go. It is not rowdy, food is great (and I mean great), no loud obnoxious music, and the crowd is laid back. They also have an upstairs dining area. I have not been here during peak party hours but I am guessing that it is still fun too.
