Great place for quick quality food… I have only gotten the firebird burrito, but it definitely does not disappoint… For me to go to a place and order the same thing more than once… That means it’s good!
Limited customer. So I’ve been in several times picking up food for others and have sampled other people’s meals, yet somehow I haven’t actually gone in, gotten food, and eatten it myself. That will be rectified soon. I just had to comment on the previous reviewer’s post. The food is amazing! They mentioned the chips being tasteless. You know why they aren’t super flavorful? Because they’re authentic and home made. Someone cut up corn tortillas and put them in the fryer, then directly into your take out bag. They aren’t crusted in salt for that exact reason. That’s a GOOD thing! This will be updated when I actually eat here/get take out within the next week. I work in town, it’s insane that I love this place so much and have really never eatten there.
Disappointing. After reading all the reviews I was excited to try Macho Nacho. We ordered takeout for my birthday. Unfortunately the meal was very disappointing. The chips had no flavor, no salt, and texture was like cardboard. We ordered 3 different types of burritos. They were just okay. I wouldn’t go again.
What a surprise!. I have seen this place for years but the other day we decided to look it up because we were in the mood for Tacos. It got a lot of great food place is nothing but a few booths kind of reports. We decided to get come take out and HOLY S#%$ was it good!! WE will make this the new stand by for sure
After many times, had a customer service problem.. I have been going to this place for about 6 months. I always have loved the food and the people working have always been very friendly. They always remember me, and are cordial to me. However, this time I went there right after work with my two small children to give my wife a break. I served by this big, older latino guy who I assumed was the owner. I felt as if he were annoyed when I asked him for my child’s quessadillas to be made with corn tortillas. What really seemed to upset him was when I asked for two cups of water instead of paying for bottles. He seemed very cordial to the latino customers coming in. And he seemed very put off by me. Maybe it was because I was wearing a shirt and tie? Maybe it was because I am white? I can’t say. I called him soon after to provide him with valuable feedback regarding my experience, but he just acted stupid and didn’t seem to care. He said that he was a manager so I feel like contacting the owner. I was very turned off and I do not know if I can go back after how much of an ass this guy was to me and my family. The food is pretty good though, I just will limit my future financial support to this establishment.
