One of my friends took me to this place… and I really liked the place and food obviouslyEntrance was beautifully decorated and inside it was dim light (I used my phone to read the menu: P)But still, I liked the ambience (which matters to me just less than food criteria)We ordered dal tadka, non-veg platter, chicken vindaloo, and jeera riceIn the movie 100 feet journey, owner of the restaurant judge any new chef by his/her ability to make omelette which is basically one… and I know, I am not big boss, but I judge any restaurant by how it cook dal tadka (basic food in Indian thali)…So I was glad, dal tadka was awesome. I had naan and rice with dal tadka only…I finished whole big bowl A non-veg platter was equally good though chicken occupied more space than others species in platter.. vindaloo was a little bit sweet but still it was goodServer was courteous and in the last, he served complimentary ras-malaiPrice is on the higher side but I would definitely recommend this to my friends… Once in a while, you can come here. Not a big dealThis Restaurant group also offers Chinese(Ming) and lounge (I guess SM23) so you have a couple of options out there
We were to Mehendi for dinner. We have been to Ming II earlier and we liked their food. Mehendi and Ming II belong to the same brand & this one serves Indian food. The restaurant inside was pretty big; there was one person there who was continuously doing mehndi/henna/tattoo for restaurant customers. The interior was dim and the atmosphere was quite loud. We ordered Machli Koliwada, Gilafi Sheekh Kabab for appetizers and for drinks we ordered Cardamom & Grilled Pineapple Martini and an Asian Cocktail. For entree we ordered Mutton Handi Lazeez with Rice and Naan. Food was average; I was expecting better tasting menu than what they served. instagram.com
One of the best Indian places I have visited in USA!!…keep it up for the tradition and quality which u uphold…on another word you guys must go little easy on the price which would make many more to come without burning a hole in the pocket!! Your curries and starters and rice bowls are great but your desserts suck…like bigTime!!!…you better work on that part!!#valuablewordsfromafoodie!
Absolutely amazing all around. The meat is very well cooked, great service and a cool looking restaurant. It’s all around a great experience and worth every penny!
Beautiful space, good service and food. Prices are reasonable.
Mediocre food, high price, nice decor, bad service. Food is ok. ordered the samosa and frozen inside, sent back and got another one frozen. Server was not attentive and was looking at other tables while taking my order. prices are high for indian. decor is nice. lamb chop had a smell to it.(not lamby smell)
