Customer service is terrible!!!!. We are a group who orders delivery from Milano’s frequently, and today’s service was horrible! The owner? or whoever answers the phone for orders is terribly rude, loud (yelled at three different people regarding an order mix up) and doesn’t speak or write English well enough to contest a wrong order-we are through ordering from them-who needs the stress??????
